Our Data & Methodology

We source market data from established financial data providers, including Finnhub and Yahoo Finance, and refresh prices continuously during the pre-market session (4:00 AM – 9:30 AM ET).

• Prices & market cap: refreshed throughout the pre-market session; every page shows a "last updated" timestamp.
• Movers ranking: ranked by percentage change with statistical significance filtering (z-score) to separate real momentum from noise.
• Analysis scores: financial health, profitability, and valuation scores computed from reported fundamentals (revenue, net income, assets, liabilities).
• Valuation context: P/E and P/S ratios compared against each company's own 5-year history, not just sector averages.
